Videoslots makes its entry into Ontario

Videoslots have come out with its announcement regarding the fact that it is in the process of entering the online casino arena in Ontario. This is a step towards its overall expansion plans where the entire territory of Canada is concerned. The company was officially established way back in the year 2011 by a team of casino-inclined individuals. They were all of Swedish origin and formed their head office in Malta.

For a while now, they have been operating in a gray area in Canada. However, with the Canadian authorities opening the doors for the legalization of online casinos and gambling, they were able to obtain for themselves a valid license and have selected to go live, so far as the Ontario markets are concerned. The license was issued by AGCO.

Incidentally, they are already holding valid licenses in places like Malta, as well as Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Canada is now the seventh place where they can carry out legalized online gaming activities. In Malta, the issuer of the license was the Malta Gaming Authority, and in Sweden, it was the Swedish Gambling Authority. The UK Gambling Commission was responsible for the license in the UK.

According to the Deputy CEO of Videoslots, Ulle Skottling, they are extremely pleased to have obtained the license that is required to run their operations in Canada. For one, they are relieved to be out of the gray market and onto firmer ground. For another, this will be the opportunity for them to spread their operations over further territories while beginning from Ontario.

Videoslots has plans to enter the Ontario market together with its sister concern, Mr. Vegas. Both entities will be involved in the providing of games from the stables of Pragmatic Play, as well as Light and Wonder, Pariplay, along with Relax Gaming. The company has additionally thrown in a welcome bonus for the benefit of Canadian gamers, along with an entire array of fascinating features, the likes of which are titles such as Battle of Slots, Clash of Spins, and The Wheel of Jackpots. The company has a lot of expectations from the Canadian online gaming market arena.
